(Revised) Issue/Rationale Several components that make up the educational impact fee have been updated and clarified.  A current impact fee at the time of implementation on school concurrency is necessary to support proportionate share discussions with development.  The updated impact fee study is not available at the time this cover was generated and will be forwarded once received.  Since this is not an action item, if it is not received soon enough, it will be brought in to the meeting. Recommended Action Review and discussion on the Updated Impact Fee Study and Related Fee Assessment.  Action for approval to be scheduled at a later date. Financial Impact Educational impact fees create a revenue stream to the District commensurate to the number of residential building permits issued by the County. Submitted By Michael J.
